Movies I Watch: Wanderlust (2012)
Almost as many laughs as Wet Hot American Summer and 20 times the heart. You’ll be rubbing your fingers together furiously by the end.

Against School - John Taylor Gatto →
Interesting viewpoint. Certain social elements of compulsory public education, I believe, are invaluable. But it really is designed to produce “employees and consumers” rather than creative minds.

I balked at the headline at first but after 9 hrs of my fourth play through of ME2 this guy’s points hold true.

Movies I Watch: Chronicle (2012)

Movies I Watch: Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows...
As with the first, Guy Ritchie provides a stage for RDJr. and Jude “Dreamboat” Law to smirk at each other and come close to kissing. The whole thing is flashy, extravagant and altogether kind of ridiculous. I liked it even more than the first.

Games I Play: Saint's Row: The Third (2011)
As an enemy’s helicopter exploded, sending his flaming corpse careening toward the ocean, Kanye West’s “Power” was playing. Just before the blast, the Kanye screamed “Well, this’ll be a beautiful death - jumpin’ out the window,” in beautifully prophetic commentary.

Seth, Ellen, Andrew, Dianna, keep me honest. It’s now going to be for thoughts a bit longer than a tweet, or posts thoughtful than Facebook. (Obviously the travel blog…
